Pricing

Prices listed on our website are current. Histology Outlet Mall Enterprises reserves the right to revise prices without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect on the day the order is accepted.

Delivery and Shipping Information

We ship in the UNITED STATES.

Orders in stock are processed and shipped usually within 3 working days from receipt of the order for in stock inventory. Made to order items are processed and shipped within 1 week. Out of stock and Custom orders process and ship within 1-2 weeks. If there is an unusual delay, we will notify you.

Shipping charges are by weight. Histology Outlet Mall (HOME) ships via UPS or FedEx. If you would like to provide a shipping account you must do so at the time of placing the order.

Terms

Our terms are net 30 days. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to require prepayment by those customers that cannot meet our terms. Shipments will not be made to customers with “Past Due” pending.

Returns

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT BEFORE CONTACTING HISTOLOGY OUTLET MALL.

If you have a problem with a product or shipment, call or email us immediately! We want to know about it. If credit or exchange is agreed upon, we will authorize return of the item. All CUSTOM orders are final, no returns. If you order the wrong item that is returnable, we will accept the item back and credit your account minus a 25% restocking fee (credit will be honored for 6 months, no cash refunds). The customer will have to make arrangements and pay for the return shipment. All returns must be packaged carefully with adequate padding and be received at Histology Outlet Mall “undamaged” within 2 weeks of the “Return Authorization” or there will be no credit issued for the product.

Credit memos can be used against current or future invoice balances for up to 6 months from the date of issuance. No cash refunds.
